Memorabilia Authenticity
We offer only high quality, 100% authentic memorabilia for your collection. We obtain all our memorabilia through only the most respected dealers in the country, such as: The Highland Mint, Mounted Memories, Steiner Sports, Tri-Star Productions, Upper Deck Authenticated, etc.

The signed items we sell come exclusively from paid athlete appearances and signings in which our dealers have participated. All dealers have a proven and reliable authentication process that offers you an iron clad guarantee that the items we carry are 100% authentic. Essentially, there are only two ways that our dealers obtain the memorabilia that we sell. Some of the items come through signings that they sponsor, and all the rest are signed in the presence of authorized agents. And, for your added protection, all signed items are accompanied by one or more certificates of authenticity. Many of the items we carry are also licensed by the MLB, NASCAR, NBA, NFL, etc.

To further ensure the highest levels of quality and authenticity, Five Star Memorabilia ships products directly from these dealers.  

Ordering and Payment
We have strived to develop an online system for ordering that is safe, convenient, efficient, and easy. As a result, we encourage all orders to be placed online for the safest and most efficient service. Should you have any questions prior to placing your order in our online catalog, please feel free to call us at 800-927-6581, M-F, 8:30am-5:00pm CST.

At this time, we do not accept international orders and only accept orders that are both placed and shipped within the US. We also do not accept orders within the US for shipments to US territories, APO addresses, or PO boxes. State law requires us to collect sales tax of 5.1% on all orders shipped to Wisconsin addresses.

Five Star Memorabilia accepts most major credit cards, including American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover credit cards. We also accept ATM cards with a Visa or MasterCard logo. At this time, we do not accept cash, check, or money orders.                                   

After ordering, you will receive an email confirmation from Five Star Memorabilia confirming your order.

We utilize SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) to ensure safe, secure transactions. With SSL, information sent via the Internet is encrypted and can be trusted to arrive privately and unaltered. We believe this element provides the most effective way to ensure your order information is protected and offer a secure shopping environment.


Shipping
Most orders are usually shipped out within 2-3 business days. However, certain orders take longer to ship out. We will notify you promptly of any backorders that could delay the shipment of your order. All products are shipped directly from the manufacturers. Free shipping is available in the Continental 48 states for all products with a purchase price over $100. For those products with a purchase price of less than $100, shipping charges apply and are based on an "average" charge for shipping the product within the Continental 48 states. Additional shipping charges will apply outside the Continental 48 states for all products. Typical shipping time, standard delivery method, and actual shipping charges for shipments within the Continental 48 states (where applicable) are shown for each item on the product page for that item. Most purchases are shipped via Fed Ex or UPS Ground. Orders usually arrive within 3 to 5 business days of when shipped. At this time, there are no premium or express delivery options (ex. Next Day Air) available. Please note that the typical shipping time that appears on the product page for an item specifies when an item is expected to leave the warehouse and not when the item will arrive at its final shipping destination. After your order leaves the warehouse, delivery times vary according to the standard shipping method for that item (s) and the location of your shipping address.

Returns
If for any reason you are not satisfied or the product is damaged/defective when received and is not deemed repairable, we will replace the product or provide you with a full refund or exchange, provided the product is returned within 10 business days from the receipt of the product and is returned in its original condition and packaging materials. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer for products that are not damaged or are deemed repairable.

In the event you need to return or exchange a product, please follow these simple steps: 

  • Contact Five Star Memorabilia for a "Return Goods Authorization" number. Five Star Memorabilia will provide the shipping address to return the product. No products will be accepted without an RGA#.
  • Package the product in the original shipping materials, both inner and outer packaging.
  • Ship the product back to the appropriate address by an authorized carrier (ex. UPS or Fed Ex) along with the RGA#. For your security, please insure the item and retain the receipt. Five Star Memorabilia is not responsible for any items damaged or broken during return shipment.

Once the product is received and inspected by the manufacturer, you will be refunded the full purchase price or allowed to exchange the product. Shipping charges to customers are non-refundable for undamaged or repairable items. This applies to all items, including ones where Free Shipping is offered. Restocking charges of 5%-15% may apply, depending on the item.

Any orders that are refused upon delivery (for reasons other than damage/ defect), undeliverable, or cancelled after being shipped will be subject to our return policy.

If our customers find a competitor offering an identical item at a lower advertised price (including shipping and sales tax), Five Star Memorabilia will match or beat that price, provided it is not below our cost, an out of stock item, a pricing error, different delivery method, clearance sale, closeout item, rebate sale, or promotional or coupon offer. This guarantee applies only to other internet-based retailers. It does not apply to "Brick n’ Mortar" retailers, Ebay stores, auction sites, or direct buying clubs.  Five Star Memorabilia must be able to verify the lower advertised price online and request must be made at time of purchase.
